Dr. Delaine Smith-Clark, CA, VASIII, has extensive experience in crisis management and support services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Currently serving as a Case Manager at University of Maryland Capital Region Health since 2017, Dr. Smith-Clark recruits survivors into a 12-month housing subsidy program and manages their cases. Additionally, Dr. Smith-Clark facilitates support groups at Prince George's County Family Justice Center and acts as a Victim Advocate at University Maryland Prince George’s Hospital, providing critical intervention and advocacy for clients. In previous roles, Dr. Smith-Clark has contributed as a Crisis Counselor and has held administrative positions within church operations. Dr. Smith-Clark holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Renewal, a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations.
