Jen Penkul began their work experience as a QA Certification Lead at Atari, Inc. in 1996, where they worked until 2004. Jen then joined Foundation 9 Entertainment as a QA Lead from 2004 until 2012. In 2013, Jen started working at Lucky Labs as a QA Analyst for six months before moving to Dimensional Insight. At Dimensional Insight, they worked as a QA Test Engineer from 2013 to 2018, and later as a Project Manager from 2018 till the present.

Jen Penkul attended Bryant University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. In April 2014, they obtained a certification in SSE101: Survey of Systems Engineering - Part 1 from Saylor Academy.
