Troy Pilgreen is a Senior Sustainability Associate at Dimensional Fund Advisors since March 2022, overseeing global operational sustainability initiatives. Previously, from 1997 to March 2020, Troy served as a Senior ESG Analyst on the Global ESG Team at Invesco Ltd., where responsibilities included consulting on sustainability efforts and integrating ESG factors across various teams. Troy's career at Invesco also encompassed roles as a Senior Analyst in Investment Specialized Services and a Senior Project Analyst in Worldwide Fixed Income, focusing on process development and project management. Troy holds a BBA in Finance and Electrical Engineering, as well as an MBA in Finance, from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
