John Alkire is the CEO and Japan Representative for Dimensional Japan, holding the position since December 2012. Alkire has also served as CEO of Dimensional Fund Advisors since 2012. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 1981 to 2011, where John Alkire held the title of Chief Investment Officer and President for the Japan division. John Alkire's academic background includes education at the University of Victoria from 1975 to 1978.
