Philippe Rouxel has a strong background in human resources management. Philippe started their career as an HR Manager at Pechiney from 1990 to 2000, and then served as an HR Manager at Heineken from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they were the HR Director at France Boissons. Philippe then joined Rockwool Group as the HR Director for France from 2007 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director for France-Belgium & Supply Chain Europe at DIM, which they have been in since 2013.

Philippe Rouxel obtained a Master's degree in Développement des ressources humaines from ESCP Business School, which they attended from 1988 to 1990.
