Laljeet Sandhu began their work experience as a Civil Engineering Technician at Manitoba Infrastructure in May 2016, where they remained until October 2018. They joined Dillon Consulting Limited in August 2021 as a Civil Engineering Technologist in their current role.

Laljeet Sandhu obtained an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Red River College Polytechnic, where they were enrolled from 2015 to 2018.
