Jeff Carson has over 25 years of experience in the environmental engineering field. Jeff is currently working as an Associate Environmental Engineer at Dillon Consulting Limited since November 2022. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Environment - Ontario at Englobe from July 2021 to November 2022 and as the Vice President - Ontario at Hemmera from October 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Wood for nearly 20 years, starting as an Associate Environmental Engineer / Manager of Environmental Services in May 2000. Jeff began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Barenco in 1995.

Jeff Carson attended the University of Guelph from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc.(Eng.)) with a focus on Environmental Engineering.
