Harley Westman is currently an Associate Water/ Wastewater Engineer at Dillon Consulting Limited since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer in Training at StormFisher Environmental Ltd. from May 2018 to October 2019. With a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph, Harley has experience in designing, implementing, managing, and commissioning equipment upgrades and modifications to improve plant efficiency, wastewater treatment, and equipment reliability. They possess a thorough knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes, as well as experience in designing wastewater treatment upgrades and facility expansions. Additionally, they have engaged in Environmental Compliance Approval amendments and have experience reading, creating P&ID drawings, As-Built drawings, creating schedules, and budgeting work.
