Shawn Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Shawn started their career in 1998 as a Journeyman Carpenter at Tradesmen International, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2020, Shawn held the role of Project Coordinator/Recruiter at Tradesmen International. Shawn then served as a Sr. Project Coordinator/Recruiter from November 2020 to January 2021. Following this, they assumed the position of Area Team Lead/Project Support Group at Tradesmen International from January to August 2021. Currently, Shawn is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dilling Group Inc. The experience they gained in these roles demonstrates their expertise in the construction and recruitment industries.

Shawn Jenkins attended the Associated Builders and Contractors from 1999 to 2003, where they focused on carpentry. No degree was obtained during this time.
