Julia Kefauver is an accomplished retail professional with a comprehensive background in fashion merchandising and buying. Currently serving as a Corporate Senior Associate Buyer at Dillard's Inc. since September 2015, Julia successfully rebranded a Dillard's exclusive brand, achieving a GMROI of 1 by the end of 2018. Previously, Julia held various positions at francesca’s®, including Boutique Manager, where notable achievements included opening the first boutique in Sarasota, FL, and exceeding planned sales by over $60,000 in the first year. Julia also has experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager, Key Holder, and Merchandising Intern at HSN, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Management from the Art Institute of Tampa.
