Muhammad Afzaal is a professional with diverse experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since May 2023, Muhammad has previously held positions such as Administrative Officer at HM Passport Office from February 2022 to February 2023, and Assembly Operator at Perkins Engines Company Limited from April 2019 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon and as an Admin and Account Officer at New Kashmir Tobacco Industries (Pvt) Ltd.
