Rhianne Joyce has a diverse work experience in various talent acquisition and operations roles. Rhianne started their career at Market Probe as a Research Services Consultant from 2008 to 2010. Rhianne then worked at Cargiant, where they held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Manager from 2015 to 2017. Since 2018, Rhianne has been working at Diligent, initially as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and currently as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations for EMEA & APAC.
Rhianne Joyce's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminology. Rhianne completed their degree in 2014. In 2016, Rhianne attended Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College to obtain a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2017. Most recently, in 2023, they attended the University of Westminster to study Counselling Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Rhianne also received a certification as a Diligent Change Agent from Diligent in 2023.
