Flore-Anne Tesnier is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Since September 2020, Flore-Anne has served as Adjointe DRH at Dijon Céréales, while also holding the title of Responsable Richesses Humaines at Logivia since February 2019. Previous positions include Assistante Généraliste RH-Droit Social at GROUPE CAYON from January 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities covered personnel administration, payroll, legal monitoring in labor law, and workplace health and safety. Flore-Anne began a career in HR with several internships that focused on administration and legal research. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Human Resource Management from IAE Dijon and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Bourgogne.
