Linnea Larm-Svensson has a diverse work experience across multiple roles. Linnea began their career in politics, working as a Campaign Coordinator for the Center Party in 2010 and 2011, where they were responsible for managing contact with members, voters, and the media, as well as handling administrative tasks and overseeing part-time workers. Following their political roles, Linnea transitioned into the corporate world, joining Bisfront AB in 2012. Linnea held various positions in the company, including Sales Representative, Head of department, COO, and Chief Coordination Assistant, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in different roles. In 2013, Linnea joined the board of Centerpartiet as a Member, further expanding their involvement in the political sphere. In 2018, they continued their career in recruitment and sales, working for Level21 Management AB and Digpro respectively.

Linnea Larm-Svensson completed their high school education in Business and Economics at Wargentinskolan from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a wellness masseur from Stockholm Massage Academy in October 2017, as an Emergency First Response Instructor from Emergency First Response in January 2017, and as an Open Water Instructor from PADI in January 2017.
