Dr. Rick Ward-Harder is an experienced professional in the fields of funeral services and ministry, currently serving as the Life Celebration / Life Tribute Program Director at Dignity Memorial Funeral Homes since November 2019. In this role, Rick leads a program that has expanded significantly since their arrival. Alongside being a Certified Celebrant, Rick has a long-standing ministry with The Progressive Episcopal Church and has held multiple senior leadership positions, including Director of Student Life for the State of Arkansas, where Rick implemented programs focused on student advocacy and crisis management. Additional roles include administrative and operational leadership in various funeral homes and healthcare settings, with a strong background in compliance and community relations. Rick holds multiple academic degrees, including a Doctorate of Ministry and a Masters of Theology, underscoring a commitment to both professional development and pastoral care.
