Crysta Macias has a long history of work experience. Crysta began their career in 2008 as the Director of First Impressions for Nexstar Network. In 2012, they became the Head Bartender at TGI Fridays. In 2014, they took on the role of Scheduling Coordinator for CustomCARE LLC. Finally, in 2017, they became the Customer Service and Sales Manager and Head of Business Development for Diglo. In their role as Head of Business Development, Crysta developed and implemented successful sales strategies to bring in new business, as well as maintain and grow current accounts in a B2B setting. Additionally, they handled all incoming bid requests from various state and local agencies across the nation, as well as worked with fire departments and healthcare systems nationwide to obtain devices for the deaf and hard of hearing residents in their communities and to achieve ADA compliancy.

Crysta Macias attended Strayer University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
