Zaid Ali has a diverse background in production, customer support, marketing, and sales, currently serving as a Production Specialist, Studio Manager, and Customer Support Executive at DIGITEMB since June 2022. Zaid Ali also briefly contributed to the marketing team at DigitEMB Pakistan in August 2022 and gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Online Working from December 2021 to March 2022. Earlier roles include serving as a Front Desk Officer at Iqra University from February 2021 to October 2021. Zaid Ali holds an Associate's degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations, as well as an Associate's degree in Digital Marketing from Iqra University, and a diploma in Computer Software and Media Applications from Aptech Pakistan.
