Swati Bhardwaj is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in IT recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a US IT Recruitment Specialist at Digitek Software since January 2015, Swati is responsible for recruiting professionals across the Project Life Cycle and has significant exposure to various hiring processes in the USA market. Prior roles include HR Executive positions at RB OneSource and Taurus HR Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included manpower planning, recruitment across IT and non-IT sectors, and managing client coordination. Swati began a career in HR with an internship at Conscript HR Advisor in 2011. Academically, Swati holds an MBA in HR from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
