Mark Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and technology leadership within the emergency medical response sector. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Digitech since November 2020, Mark oversees implementation and onboarding services that enhance revenue cycle management for public and private emergency medical agencies. Prior roles include Director of Professional Services and EMS Technologies at R1 RCM and Intermedix, where Mark led divisions focused on electronic patient care records and revenue management systems. Mark's career also includes significant leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, Honeywell Aerospace, and GTE Government Systems, where strategic management of technical teams and systems was pivotal. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Franklin Cummings Tech.
