Desiree Fransua is an experienced Project Manager currently at Digitech since November 2020, with a previous role at R1 RCM from August 2012 to October 2020. Prior to these positions, Desiree served as the Director of Physician Billing at PINNACLE III from June 2009 to August 2012 and was the Billing and Office Manager at Flatirons Medical Billing, Inc. from September 2002 to May 2009.
