Joe Hebert is an experienced content strategy professional with a strong background in UX writing and content management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Content Strategy at Digitas North America, Joe previously held positions such as Design Manager at Spotify, where leadership in UX writing and personalized content strategies were prominent responsibilities. Joe has also excelled as Senior UX Content Strategy Manager at Wayfair, contributing to post-purchase customer experiences, and as Associate Director of Content Services at Skyword Inc., managing diverse content deliverables for various clients. Earlier experience includes managing editorial teams at TechTarget and online content strategy for Maine magazine. Joe holds a BS in Writing, Literature & Publishing from Emerson College.
