Victor Morales

Senior Art Director at Digitas Health

Victor Morales has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victor started their career at Huron Tool as a Swiss CNC Machinist, where they operated and programmed CNC lathes and utilized CAD software for prototyping. Victor then moved on to work at GetTech as an Assistant Manager, where they managed staff, provided customer service, and performed hardware and software upgrades for customers.

Victor later joined Widex as an Electronic Bench Technician, where they built and tested micro circuit boards in hearing aids, performed repairs, and conducted acoustic analysis using proprietary software. Victor then worked at Gosiger Inc as a Field Service Engineer, diagnosing and troubleshooting CNC machines, providing repair solutions, and consulting with customers.

In 2016, Victor interned at McCann New York as a Graphic Design Intern, working on brand materials, developing style guides, and providing graphic design solutions. Victor then transitioned to Shapeways as a 3D Printing Engineer, conducting manual checks on customer renderings, maintaining relationships with printer manufacturer service techs, and operating 3D printers.

Victor's next role was at JUICE Pharma Worldwide, where they started as an Art Intern and later became a Jr. Art Director. In this position, they designed digital assets, collaborated with teams to translate art concepts into deliverables, and established branding guidelines.

During their time as a freelancer, Victor worked as a Freelance Digital Designer at Self-Employed, where they took on digital design projects. Victor also worked at Digitas Health, initially as a Freelance Designer and later as an Art Director and Senior Art Director.

Overall, Victor Morales has gained experience in areas such as graphic design, digital design, 3D printing, and CNC machine operation and troubleshooting.

Victor Morales began their education in 2008 at Boricua College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies until 2010. Victor then went on to attend Queens College from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Victor also acquired a certification in UX Design Techniques: Overview from Lynda.com in April 2017.
