Director Strategic Partnerships at Digitary

Simone Ravaioli has extensive experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, in 2022, they serve as the Director of Global Ecosystem and Innovation at Parchment. Simone also holds the position of a Co-Chair for the Verifiable Credentials for Education Task Force at W3C, where they collaborate with other co-chairs to support the development of standards. Simone is an Advisory Board Member for Erasmus Without Papers at the European Commission, providing expertise in education and digital technologies. Additionally, they are a member of the ESCO Maintenance Committee, offering advice on the technical development of ESCO. Simone is involved in several advisory roles, including being a Kernel Fellow at Gitcoin, an Advisory Council Member at Groningen Declaration Network, and an Advisory Board Member at Open Recognition Alliance. In the past, they have held positions such as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Executive at Digitary, served on the Steering Board of Learning Economy Foundation, and acted as an Advisor for Mygrants. Simone's career began in 2007 when they co-founded the Rome Student Standards Group RS3G.

Simone Ravaioli's education history begins with their high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico F. Severi Faenza, which was obtained between 1990 and 1995. They then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems at Loyola University Chicago from 1998 to 2000. Following this, Simone completed a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago from 2000 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Simone Ravaioli has obtained several certifications. These include "Creating the Conditions for Others to Thrive" from LinkedIn in March 2020, "Exponential Organizations" from Growth Institute in August 2019, "ExO Advisor" from OpenExO in July 2019, and "Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Blitzscaling" from LinkedIn in March 2019.
