Rakesh Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and business development. Since July 2004, Rakesh has served as Director and Head of IT Recruitment at Growth Option Advisors Pvt. Ltd., focusing on executive search and selection. Additionally, Rakesh has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mobisec Technologies since January 2022, overseeing HR, mentoring, skill development, and training efforts. Rakesh has also been the Delivery Head for leadership hiring in the ANZ region at Digital Recruiter since September 2015, currently managing key recruitment for IT sales roles. Rakesh holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Galgotias University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Allahabad, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources Development from the same institution.
