Raisa Suihkonen is an accomplished professional in the field of design research and user experience, currently serving as CX Insight Director at Digitalist Group Plc since October 2017. Suihkonen has held various leadership roles, including Design Research Lead and Service Designer, demonstrating expertise in user insight and vision. Previous positions include Senior Design Researcher at Digitalist Group plc/Ixonos plc, Senior UX Specialist and Partner at Cresense, and extensive experience in usability and user experience across multiple roles at Etnoteam Finland/Cresense Oy and VTT Information Technology. Suihkonen holds a degree from the University of Vaasa.
