Matt Jenkins is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an I.T Support Technician at digitalbox ltd since May 2015, Matt specializes in managing the IT infrastructure of a dynamic office environment, with regular use of Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange systems. Previously, as an I.T Support Engineer at Apollo Technology from February 2012 to May 2015, Matt provided technical support to schools and small businesses, ensuring their ICT needs were addressed through regular network management and problem resolution. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2011.
