Ottavia Masserini serves as the Head of Communications and Marketing at digitalswitzerland since October 2024. Previously, Ottavia held various positions at SBB CFF FFS from July 2017 to October 2024, including Chief of Staff for SBB Real Estate and Mediensprecherin. Additional experience includes roles as a Freelance Interpreter at Stiftung Frauenhaus Zürich and in project management at NEMUK, alongside freelance work in copywriting and social media at Flaschenpost Weinservice GmbH. Ottavia also has a background in corporate communications as an intern and has worked in public relations at Blofeld Communication GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Multilingue from the University of Geneva and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from ZHAW, along with a CAS in Essentials in General Management from the University of St.Gallen.
