Omar Besiso is an experienced technical leader currently serving as Technical Director and Chief Architect at Cloud5 Technology since May 2020 and as a Solutions Architect at DigitalSmoothie since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Omar held the position of Chief Architect and Technical Director at ThoughtDesign from August 2011 to May 2020, and Chief Software Architect at Datacom from November 2008 to August 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing software development and defining technical frameworks. Omar began as a Senior Consultant at Readify from August 2006 to October 2008, focusing on technical consulting and leading software development teams. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Sydney University (2001-2004) and a Foundation Year in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo (1999-2000).
