Tracey Flashman is the Global Director People at Digital Science since March 2017. Prior to that, Flashman held various HR leadership roles at Telefónica from October 2008 to January 2017. From May 2002 to August 2008, Flashman served as the Head of HR Change and Policy at O2 UK, a Telefónica Company. With a background in Senior HRBP roles at BT from 1986 to 2001, Flashman is a Chartered Fellow FCIPD in Human Resources from Kingston University. Flashman also attended Ewell High School for education.
