Steven Jones has over 17 years of experience in data center operations, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Digital Realty since February 2007. Jones has progressed through various roles within the company, including Data Center Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Lead Facility Technician. Prior to joining Digital Realty, Jones worked as an Operations Technician at Sterling Network Services for less than a year. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources from Ottawa University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
