Notable achievements include significant team expansions at Stearns Lending as SVP Business Technology Operations, where Shawn managed a $10M budget and improved technology operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, experience encompasses roles at Kosmos Energy, Caliber Home Loans, Atlantic Aviation, Homeward Residential, and Longview Systems, with a strong focus on IT support management, vendor negotiations, and the implementation of cost-effective technological solutions.
