Rebecca Munoz-Matla currently serves as the Regional HR Director for Europe North at Digital Realty, overseeing human capital strategies across 24 data center locations. Previously, Rebecca founded HRMS Group, offering strategic consultancy, and held the position of VP HR Europe at Americold Logistics, managing HR operations for numerous facilities across seven countries. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at Greif, Xerox Business Process Outsourcing Services, Van Galen Logistiek, and Cirque du Soleil, Rebecca has demonstrated a commitment to aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing employee engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Advanced Labor Studies and a Master's in Human Resources Management in a Customer-oriented Organization. Additionally, Rebecca contributes as an advisor at InHolland University of Applied Sciences.
