Nicole Boddington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Enablement Manager at Digital Realty since February 2019, Nicole has been integral in fostering customer growth through innovative solutions in technical real estate. Previous roles include program management at Citi, where Nicole led a global learning initiative, and project management at BI WORLDWIDE, managing multi-million dollar projects across various industries. With a background in organizational capability at Healthfirst and learning and development at Cablevision, Nicole has developed and implemented training programs that enhance skills and promote collaboration. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Spelman College, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Adelphi University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.
