Dr. Stany Leblanc serves as the Program Manager for Strategy and Knowledge Management at Digital Promise since January 2024 and is the Founder & CEO of the Stany Leblanc Consulting Group, established in August 2023. The Stany Leblanc Consulting Group focuses on assisting nonprofits in developing effective data practices and crafting customized knowledge and impact measurement systems. Previously, Stany Leblanc worked as a Program Associate for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where a new knowledge management system was launched to enhance team collaboration. More than a decade of experience in the NYC Department of Education includes roles as a School Leader and Teacher at Mott Hall Science and Technology Academy. Dr. Leblanc holds multiple degrees in education, including a Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
