Karamjit Singh has extensive experience in the tech industry. From 2012 to present, they have been the Founder/CEO of Digital News Asia Sdn Bhd, where they provide coverage on industry issues, business models, public policy, entrepreneurs, startups and funding, new technology as well as business trends and developments, R&D, and profiles on the movers and shakers in the industry. Prior to this, from 2000 to 2012, they served as the Editor of netv@lue2.0 for The Edge Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and was concurrently the Associate Editor for Management@Work for 3 years. Furthermore, they were the Editor for SMEs Going Global from 2005 to 2008.

Karamjit Singh attended Bemidji State University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Mass Comm with a focus in Broadcasting.
