Cynthia Navarro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in open source intelligence (OSINT) and consulting. As the President of OSMOSIS since October 2022, Navarro has been instrumental in developing the OSINT tradecraft. In addition, Navarro co-founded the OSINT Cocktail podcast in February 2022, which explores investigative tools and techniques. With a long-standing role as an OSINT Analyst at Digital Mountain, Inc. since September 2018, Navarro focuses on social media and open source investigations. As the Principal at Finnegan's Way, Navarro provides consulting and investigative support globally, specializing in various sectors including Intellectual Property and Anti-Piracy. Prior roles include Senior Manager of IP Licensing at One Red, LLC, and Worldwide Anti-Piracy Manager at Adobe Systems, amongst others. Navarro holds a BS in Criminal Justice from California State University - East Bay.
