Eliot Randle has a wide range of experience in the scientific and digital consulting field. Eliot is currently the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Digital Lab Consulting, where they provide strategic consulting services to scientific organizations to help them optimize their use of digital technologies. Prior to that, they founded and directed e-Science Solutions, a company focused on digital solutions for scientific research. Eliot also worked as a Senior Director at ERT, overseeing eClinical solutions, and as a Director at IDBS, where they managed a global team of consultants and led technical sales activities. Additionally, they held managerial positions at Infotrieve, Invitrogen, and InforMax, contributing to sales and customer relationship management. Earlier in their career, they served as Head of Antifungal Research and Screening at Prolifix and as a Senior Molecular Biologist at British Biotech, where they introduced new techniques and strategies in the field of molecular biology. Overall, Eliot Randle has demonstrated expertise in driving digital transformation and providing strategic consulting in various scientific environments.

Eliot Randle completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1989, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Biochemistry from The University of Manchester. After that, they pursued further studies and from 1992 to 1995, they earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics, again from The University of Manchester. In 2004, Eliot enrolled at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, graduating in 2007.
