Shawn Howell has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Digital Infuzion since December 2019, Shawn focuses on healthcare technology solutions. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition at Marriott International from April 2017 to December 2019, where recruitment efforts centered on marketing, branding, and IT. Shawn's career began at Verus Staffing Solutions as a Recruiter/Account Manager from 2007 to 2009, contributing to the establishment of a behavioral health division. Additional experience includes serving as Recruiting Manager at Artech Information Systems from 2009 to 2017, handling diverse IT roles, and positions in business development and sales at Wholesale Mortgage Companies and Decision One Mortgage earlier in the career.
