Amy Ariel currently serves as a Jr. Data Curator & Analyst at Digital Infuzion, contributing to the National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive curation team since December 2022. Prior to this role, Amy operated a freelance lighting design business from December 2013 to December 2022 while gaining experience as a Field Engineer, Junior Engineer, and Integrator at Productive AV from September 2020 to September 2022. Amy also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Electrical Circuits I at Virginia Commonwealth University from January 2020 to May 2021, and completed an internship in Lighting Product Management at Production Resource Group during the summer of 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Technology & Lighting Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as ongoing certification in Data Analytics through DataCamp.
