Nicole (Black) Lanspa has a strong background in graphic design and print production. Nicole is currently working as a Senior Print Designer at Firespring since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Elman Print as a Graphic Designer from April 2017 to December 2021. Nicole also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Panther Graphics from March 2014 to April 2017 and as a Digital Print Specialist at Alpha Graphics from July 2013 to March 2014. Nicole started their career as a Mac Operator at Cimarron Label from August 2010 to June 2013. Nicole has also worked as a Graphic Designer at Sioux Printing from March 2006 to June 2010 and at Dakota Printing from June 2005 to February 2006. Nicole began their professional journey as a Graphic Design Intern at Sanford Health from January 2005 to May 2005.

Nicole (Black) Lanspa pursued their education from 2002 to 2005 at Southeast Technical Institute. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Graphic Communications.
