Irene Vaksman is an accomplished professional in the field of marketing and venture investment, serving as the Managing Partner at Launchbay Capital since April 2017, where the focus is on multi-stage venture investments. Prior to this role, Irene held positions as Project Director and Project Manager at BBDO from September 2011 to April 2017, managing brand development projects. Irene also served as Marketing Manager and Brand Manager at Dentsply from October 2006 to September 2011. Irene's academic background includes a Master’s in Marketing from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Communications from the University of Pretoria.
