Debra Martin has extensive work experience, beginning in 1992 as a Programmer Analyst at G.H. BASS & Company. Debra then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Performance, Inc from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1997, Debra served as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Exide Electronics. Debra continued their career as a Systems Analyst at AmeriMark, Inc from 1997 to 2000. Debra then joined JLG Consulting Group as a Systems Analyst from 2001 to 2003. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Software Developer at ARIN until 2013. Debra then took on the position of Senior Project Manager at ARIN from 2013 to 2021. Currently, Debra is a Senior Program Manager at ARIN, responsible for providing vision, direction, and ensuring the success of Agile development teams and stakeholders.

Debra Martin completed their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Southern Maine from 1986 to 1992. Debra later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a specialization in Web Development at Strayer University from 2009 to 2011.
