Network Security Engineer at Digital Hands

Jordan Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as a Teller at Bank of America, focused on providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products. From 2012 to 2015, Jordan was a Client Associate at Chase, where they assisted clients with their financial needs.

In 2014, Jordan transitioned to the tech industry and joined HostDime.com as a System Technician I, working on various technical tasks until 2016.

Since then, Jordan has been with Digital Hands, starting as an Information Technology Specialist in 2016. Over the years, they have gained expertise in network security, progressing from Network Security Analyst I to Network Security Analyst II. They have conducted incident response, analyzed network traffic, and implemented security measures to mitigate emerging threats.

In 2019, they became a Network Security Administrator, responsible for implementing and reviewing security policies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and configuring monitoring systems. Jordan Johnson's education history begins in 2010 at Broward College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology. This lasted until 2011. They then continued their education at Seminole State College of Florida from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Technology with a focus on the Cyber Security Track.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jordan Johnson has also obtained certifications to enhance their qualifications. In December 2019, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. This was followed by the accomplishment of the Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) certification from Palo Alto Networks in July 2021.
