Kauthar Conrad has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kauthar is currently working as a Community and Professional Development Manager at Digital Frontiers which they joined in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Community of Practice Project Manager at Bridge Innovation in Learning Organisation from April 2019 until May 2022. As an Independent Consultant from July 2018 to May 2022, Kauthar served as a Consultant. Kauthar also briefly worked as a Project Manager at Brain Exchange Solutions from February 2019 to April 2019. In addition, Kauthar worked as a Programme Advisor at Development Works Changemakers from August 2018 to November 2018. Their experience also includes being a Literacy Programme Coordinator at Amy Biehl Foundation Trust from May 2014 to December 2017, and a Regional Project Coordinator at The Constitutional Literacy and Service Initiative from January 2012 to April 2014.

Kauthar Conrad began their education at the University of Cape Town in 2014, where they focused on social development. Kauthar studied at the university for one year before the end of their degree program is known. During their time at the University of Cape Town, they also pursued an honors degree in Social Development, which they completed in 2014.

Additionally, Kauthar Conrad studied at the University of the Western Cape, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Economics. The specific dates for this education are unknown.
