Charlotte Whatley is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the credit union sector. Since June 2019, Charlotte has served as a Senior Compliance Officer at Digital Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, Charlotte dedicated nearly three decades to the Cooperative Credit Union Association, Inc., where positions included Vice President of Compliance Services and Director of Research & Compliance Information, alongside experience in project management and supervision of card services. Earlier in Charlotteā€™s career, supervisory responsibilities for deposit services were held at Blue Hill Federal Credit Union. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Psychology from Alfred University and a Master's in Business Ethics and Compliance from New England College of Business and Finance.
