Amjad Bin Shahrooj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy, marketing, and training. Currently serving as the Sr. Customer Advocacy Manager at Digital Dubai since November 2008, Amjad focuses on understanding business needs and promoting various digital services, including Oracle ERP and AI applications, to government and private sectors. Previously, Amjad held roles as a Marketing Specialist and Head of Training within the same organization, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and cost savings for the Dubai Government. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Career Advisor at Abu Dhabi University, Trainer at Abu Dhabi Police College, and Trainer at Al Khawarizmi International College, showcasing a strong background in education and consultancy. Amjad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Aligarh Muslim University and completed high school in Science at Khalifa Bin Zayed School.
