Julia Humphreys has extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on building capability and driving behaviors aligned with organizational values. Julia has held leadership roles in companies such as Digital Catapult and Essex County Council, where they designed and delivered experiential learning solutions and embedded learning principles. Julia has also developed learning and development strategies for companies like Wavemaker UK and MEC, part of the WPP group. Julia has a background in HR, with experience in talent development, succession planning, and performance management. Julia has worked for companies such as Liberty Global, Nucleus Global, REED, and SpectraSite Communications, where they managed employee relations, delivered training and development, and established HR functions.

Julia Humphreys holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in Human Resource Management and MCIPD from the University of Plymouth, which they attained from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they have achieved Fellow Chartered Status in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications, starting in 2013.
