Pekka Saarinen is an experienced professional in software testing and systems design, currently serving as a Test Manager at Digi- ja väestötietovirasto since January 2020, focusing on the development of software testing processes, methods, and tools. Previously, Pekka held the same title at Väestörekisterikeskus from October 2017 to December 2019. Earlier roles include Systems Designer at the National Land Survey of Finland and the Information Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, where Pekka was involved in quality assurance and database design. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Pekka also possesses vocational coursework in business and foreign trade.
