Yogev Baron began their work experience in 2006 as an Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces. Yogev then transitioned to the role of Gym Manager at Maabarot Gym from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, Yogev founded and served as the Managing Director of GET IN SHAPE, a business focused on rehabilitating and improving personal fitness for individuals with injuries. During this time, they developed a comprehensive business plan, partnered with the local student union, ran successful marketing campaigns, and managed equipment purchasing. From 2017 to 2020, Yogev worked as a Product Manager at riskmethods. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Product Manager at Digital.ai, a company specializing in intelligent value stream management for global enterprises' digital transformation initiatives.

Yogev Baron completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology from the Ruppin Academic Center from 2012 to 2015. Yogev then pursued a Master of Law and Business (MLB) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at the Bucerius Law School from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a User Experience Training Course certification from UXTraining.com in March 2019. Yogev also has certifications in Product Management Mentoring Program from Product League and Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
