Manfred Kunze has a strong background in customer support and success, with experience in various leadership positions. Manfred currently holds the role of Vice President Global Customer Support at Digital.ai since 2022. Manfred also managed client success in Watson Customer Engagement - Supply Chain and Procurement, where they reduced support costs and ensured successful holiday seasons for clients. Additionally, they served as a Program Director, overseeing support integration and transformation projects.
Manfred's earlier experience includes working at FileNet/Customer Services as the Director of Worldwide Technology Assurance, where they led a SWAT team and recovered at-risk accounts. Manfred also worked as a Field Support Engineer/Trainer at FieldCentrix, specializing in providing wireless solutions to HVAC companies.
Throughout their career, Manfred has consistently focused on improving customer experience, implementing support enablement programs, and optimizing organizational structures.
Manfred Kunze completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach. Manfred attended the university from 1988 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Manfred has obtained certifications in Skills for Inclusive Conversations and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2020.
